These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Abraar Technology LLC, the owner of AssetManagement_MVC Property Manager (referred to as “HPM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, the user (“you”, “your”, “User”, or “customer”). This Agreement governs your use of our website and the services provided through HPM (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract with us.

HPM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. HPM is not liable for any delays or failures to perform our obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.
This Agreement remains in effect until your account is canceled or terminated by HPM. You may cancel your account at any time; however, fees are non-refundable. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay any fees incurred prior to termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be settled in the courts of Ajman, UAE..
